Bangkok Wedding Photography
Bangkok, Thailand’s capital, is known for its ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The boat-filled Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district, home to the opulent Grand Palace and its sacred Emerald Buddha temple.
Although most of my weddings are outside of Bangkok I still photograph here a few times a year and there are plenty of spectacular venues in the city.
Bangkok Wedding Venues
A colonial mansion built in 1889, once an ambassador’s residence & Thai national heritage home, The House on Sathorn has an impressive courtyard and is adjoined to the W Hotel.
The legendary Mandarin Oriental Bangkok can offer the magnificent Royal Ballroom or an al fresco experience for any weddings. Its opulent feel and elaborate chandeliers makes it a superb choice for any wedding.
For a Royal wedding experience, set on the bank of the Chao Phraya River in the heart of Old Bangkok, Chakrabongse Villas was built in 1908 by HRH Prince Chakrabongse. Chakrabongse House was originally used when he attended royal ceremonies in the Grand Palace and also for picnics and excursions on the river.
