Krabi Wedding Venues

Krabi’s stunning views make the perfect backdrop for wedding photos.
I loved photographing this fantastic province in Thailand’s. Here are some of my favorite Krabi wedding venues.

Rayavadee Railay Krabi

When you mention Krabi wedding venues, most people think of Rayavadee (Rai Leh). Located between Krabi City and Ao Nang, it is a small peninsula you can only reach by boat. Towering limestone cliffs cut off mainland access and make it feel like a secret island!

Krabi’s premier resort is the hidden Rayavadee set in the Krabi Marine National Park. The Rayavadee caters for smaller weddings and holds ceremonies in a candle-lit limestone cave with an ocean backdrop. It is a dream venue for a Krabi wedding photographer. There are many photo opportunities at a Krabi wedding.

I have photographed many weddings at Rayavadee, and your Krabi wedding photos will be stunning!

Phulay Bay Ritz Carlton Krabi

Back on the ‘mainland,’ the breathtaking setting of Phulay Bay awaits. The stunning hotel where The Hangover Part 2 movie filmed its wedding scene is the Phulay Bay Ritz Carlton in Krabi. It is on the picturesque Tubkaek Beach, close to Ao Nang in Krabi.

The beautiful and luxurious Phulay Bay is a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Krabi, Thailand. It is the perfect setting for a stunning wedding. The resort is on a secluded stretch of beach surrounded by lush tropical foliage. Towering limestone cliffs create a breathtaking backdrop for any Krabi wedding ceremony.

When I photographed a wedding there, the bride and groom used the best of Thailand’s entertainment for their Krabi wedding. The wedding show included a baby elephant, a fire show, and a ladyboy cabaret!

Zeavola Koh Phi Phi

Located on the serene white sands of Laem Tong Beach, Zeavola is the premier destination on Koh Phi Phi Island. This luxurious resort exudes rustic romance, perfect for a Krabi wedding.

I had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful wedding at Zeavola resort. The breathtaking scenery and turquoise waters left me in awe upon arriving on the island. Their Krabi wedding ceremony and reception took place on the beach, one of the finest in Thailand!

Pimalai Resort & Spa Koh Lanta

On Koh Lanta, the top choice is the 5-star Pimalai Resort & Spa in the lush Bakantiang Bay on the southwest coast.

Your Krabi wedding ceremony can be on sandy beaches or in tropical gardens. Both venues will provide a stunning backdrop for your Krabi wedding photos.

I’ve loved photographing here many times and usually end up with the wedding guests in Why Not Bar until the early hours!
